Thank You Note

Aunty masih sakit lagi,
semalam dah tuam
dengan benda nih..
aunty beli masa sakit tahun 2008
On jer plug, tunggu panas
dah tuh dah boleh tuam sambil
baring atas benda nih..
memang senang tak payah
pakai batu tungku lagi
Benda nih juga mengeluarkan
bau herba..

Dah tuh Ogawa tuh pulak
untuk di jadikan urutan

Boleh lah tahan sikit tapi masih
sakit...

InshaAllah..baik lah nanti


Ramai yang nasihat dan berharap supaya aunty cepat sembuh..
Terharu aunty bila anak2 cyber aunty tinggalkan pesanan..
Aunty hanya dapat membalas dari 'googles ' Thank You Card'
untuk semua yang tinggalkan pesan

Really appreciate...




Aunty ingin nak menaip lebih panjang tapi apakan daya
pinggang aunty tak mengizinkan untuk duduk lama2..

  2. btw..if auntie buat keja aunti duduk sama ada bangku, kerusi never menbongkok.

    where the tergeliat sakit tu, aunti suruh anak auntie a guna siku, tekan for 30 secs lepas, tekan lepas. buat dikawasan yang sakit bila kena presure. Ia muscle yg tense itu akan relax... dan cepat baik.
    jgn lupa baring mengiring kepala kekanan,kaki ke kiri. danvice versa.. baring terlentang kaki kanan atas lutut kiri. cuba tolak dgn punggung dan lutut kanan. stretch. tukar kaki seblah pulak.

  11. Saya pernah jadi juga urat belikat jadi cam tu.. tp kena urut, dan yg urut emak sendiri, sakitnya dia 'cungkil' urat tu betulkan balik...

    meraung... guna siku, guna lutut dia.. huhuhu, tapi lepas dia betulkan, memang terasa legaaa sangat...

  15. cb : How I wish to go to sauna, tapi aunty dah tak leh drive sendiri, nak harapkan 'orang' bawa aunty, memang tak lah. Swimming memang aunty tak berani sebab aunty dah tak da kekuatan/energy.

    cb : TQ for the advice, are you a 'physio therapist'? Memang itulah cara yg aunty pernah lalui bila menjalani treatment kat ampang putri pada tahun 2008, semasa aunty tak boleh gerak i.e. bed ridden.

    Pnut : Alhamdulillah, pnut masih ada mak utk tolong urutkan, aunty pula tak de sesiapa, orang lelaki (suami dan anak) maner reti nak buat macam tuh

  18. auntie, I'm not a physio theraphist, but have been to many physiotherapist and chiropractor.
    Ended up know their practice and also what to expect, the cause and the effect of it.
    Since no one can urut, all you need is uncle to use his siku to press on area that you feel very painful.. do it gradually medium hard, then hard, medium hard then hard.What happened the the muscle knotted and tensed. So when the pressure s using the siku applied, at first it feels pain, but after few times its going to be ok. The spasm on the Urat/muscle relaxed and blood flow again.
    Just ask them to press at the area where you feel the pain(guide them which area is the most painful one) and take a deep breath when the pressure using the siku are applied, intermittently.Best baring meniarap flat on the floor (no pillow ), when the siku pressure being applied, try to move yr neck left and right, to stretch the muscle which affected by the spasm.


    Other alternative is to use bekam. Bekam is similar to vacuuming the muscle, sucked into the bekas, then for a while all the circulation are forced to the bekam pressure suction at that area. Then it when the bekam released, all the urat saraf, gushed with blood and oxygen, and also help release the muscle, nerve pain as a result of spasm.

    Once u have it done u will feel a lot better kalau blue black to jangan risau as it will disappear with time. Kalau selalu badan berangin, kalau buat bekas bekam akan nampak lebam, atau masa tengah demam, flu atau having headache etc. Tapi kalau buat masa tidak sakit ianya tidak akan jadi lebam sangat.

    so cuba lah
    also do the exercise at the ampang putri. that is the best exercise to betulkan badan kita.

  19. AUNTIE, Bengkong tu kalau boleh pakai sehari dua aja. Jangan pakai lama lama, yr back muscle akan jadi lemah kerana bila pakai bengkung, muscle belakang etc akan kurang berfungsi, maka ia tidak digunakan sept sepatutnya(wasted).so pls use it only necessary
